The property is in two parcels.
     The north parcel is bordered partly by CR 24 on the north and CR 26 on the east.  It has a total of 958 acres.  The buildings are all at the east end of the property and the river (Little Grizzly Creek) runs through the parcel from the west end to the north east corner of the parcel.   
     The south parcel has 1360 acres of pasture land, the large reservoir, rolling hills and abundant wildlife.  The 880 acres of BLM border this parcel.  It is accessed by a gravel/dirt  road off of CR 26B.
